Wild Carpathia Adventure is a website that allows you to instantly book a tourist service by filling the order form.

The payment can be made in cash in our office or by bank transfer in euros (EUR) or lei (RON), or by deposit in our bank accounts.

When you make the payment to our agency’s headquarters you will receive the following documents:

• Tourist-agency contract;
• The invoice representing the value of the services purchased from Wild Carpathia Adventure issued by the agency;
• The receipt for payment of the acquired package, issued by Wild Carpathia Adventure Agency.

When you make the payment by bank transfer, you receive all documents in electronic format (according to EU standards):

• Tourist-agency contract;
• The invoice representing the value of the services purchased, issued by the agency;
• The receipt for payment of the acquired package.

In the case of online payment or bank transfer, after being confirmed the payment for the package purchased, the customer receives via e-mail the following documents in electronic format:

• Digital version of the tourist-agency contract.
• The invoice representing the value of paid services;
• The receipt for payment of the package purchased.

In general, prices are per person.

The voucher is the travel document showing that the tourist has a reservation made at an accommodation unit. In the tourist voucher is entered the name of the tourist, the name of the accommodation, staying period and other reserved services (meal). The document which need to present it on arrival at the boarding house.
